The 5000TOCe Sensor uses Smart Sensor technology to interface with the 770MAX Multiparameter Analyzer Transmitter which can measure numerous other water treatment parameters as well. The TOC sensor uses proven ultraviolet oxidation with differential conductivity to effectively determine TOC concentrations.
The 5000TOCe meets pharmaceutical <643>, <645> and EP 2.2.44 as well as semiconductor ultrapure water monitoring requirements. |
