Companies join forces to provide a greater depth of products and services to the Midwest region
INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. January 26, 2022 – Process Controls Corporation (PCC), serving the states of Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan, and West Virginia has acquired Automatic Controls Company (ACC), a process industry expert and manufacturers’ representative for more than 35 years.
Effective January 1, 2022, the acquisition was finalized at PCC’s headquarters located in Indianapolis. The move to acquire ACC first started more than a year ago, when both companies started to realize the potential benefits.

The acquisition of ACC fits into PCC’s overall strategy to provide the best process controls expertise in the industry.
