Comi-Condor has the most advanced Horizontal Peeler Centrifuge available today. Typical applications include pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals. Peeler design allows isolation of the process side from the mechanical side. Benefits include full access and visual inspection of all components, CIP spray balls front and back, reverse blow back, automatic seal clamp ring, shaft bearing temperature and vibration monitoring, sound insulated housing, self-contained inertia mass in a compact frame, viscous dampers, polished surfaces, pressure tight to 400mmH2O, flat back panel with full view and access to main seal and basket bottom, and Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) design. Available in 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, Monel, Alloy 59 and other exotic materials. Coatings include Halar (ECTFE) , PTFE and Ebonite. Complete with PLC controls with touch screen interface. Switch between automatic and manual operations, Variable frequency drive (VFD) speed control.
