Mettler Toledo Thornton 5000TOC Sensor
| The Mettler Toledo Thornton 5000TOC Sensor uses Smart sensor technology to interface with the 770MAX Multiparameter Analyzer Transmitter which can measure numerous other water treatment parameters as well. The sensor uses proven ultraviolet oxidation with differential conductivity to effectively determine TOC concentrations. The Smart sensor design minimizes installation and set-up time, and a continuous flow design provides rapid TOC response rather than the traditional batch measurements. Other benefits include: a) No gases or reagents to handle, store or replace and no moving parts minimize routine maintenance and service; b) Meets USP <643>, <645> and EP 2.2.44 requirements for the Pharmaceutical Industry; c) Sensor platform allows easy and economical integration into water purification make-up and distribution systems; d) Ultra low TOC detection for ultrapure water applications to continuously monitor critical organic levels in Semiconductor make-up, distribution and process systems; e) Two TOC measurement points can be accommodated with one 770MAX instrument to manage performance of various unit processes with water purification systems; and f)Compact sealed enclosure for demanding industrial environments.
