Weight HI 1756-WS or HI1756-2WS ControlLogix® Weigh Module Hardy Instruments’ HI 1756-WS is a single slot, single scale, weigh scale module that mounts in an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix® local or remote Chassis. It reads weight and diagnostic data from strain gauge load sensors or load cells and communicates this data over the I/O chassis Backplane to the ControlLogix® Processor.
The HI 1756-WS conditions and digitizes the weight signal fifty times per second with over eight million counts of resolution over a differential signal range of -2.5 to 17.5mV. It then transmits the selectable Gross, Net and/or Rate-of-Change data to the processor. This high resolution allows the module to tolerate large dead loads and over sizing of the load sensors while retaining a high level of usable resolution. The module supplies 5 volts of DC excitation to drive up to four 350 ohm load sensors or load cells associated with a single scale. It will support additional load cells with an external power supply.

HI 1769-WS CompactLogix® Module Hardy Instruments’ HI 1769-WS is a single channel PLC-style weigh scale module for use with the Allen-Bradley MicroLogix® 1500 and CompactLogix® controllers. The HI 1769-WS reads and conditions weight and diagnostic data from strain gauge load sensors or load cells and communicates this data over the I/O chassis backplane to the MicroLogix® 1500 or CompactLogix® processor. The HI 1769-WS module reduces installation costs, as it needs no external stand-alone scale instrument with a wired communications link to the PLC.

HI 4050 Weight Controller The HI 4050 Weight Controller acts as a front end to a PLC, PC or DCS system for most weighing applications, or as a stand-alone instrument for simple control or weight monitoring. Configure the HI 4050 to suit your applications: specify it with or without a display; choose either AC or DC power, select a communication network: Analog, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Allen-Bradley Remote I/O, Profibus, or Modbus TCP/IP. Choose between a panel/remote mount and a DIN rail mount. With a display, you choose either to panel mount the entire assembly, or to mount the controller housing assembly remotely.

HI 2151/30WC Weight Controller As a multi-purpose weight controller, the HI 2151/30WC Weight Controller is used for a wide variety of process weighing applications including batching, blending, check weighing, filling/dispensing, force measurement, level by weight and weight rate monitoring.
As a stand-alone product, the HI 2151/30WC can control as many as eight set point relays, and transmit data via analog, serial and BCD communications. Data is displayed alpha-numerically on the six digit fourteen segment LED display and graphically on the 30 segment bar graph display. Weight values can be based on either Net, Gross, Rate-of-Change (ROC), Peak Hold or Totalized weight values in pounds or kilograms.

HI 2160RCPlus Rate Controller The HI 2160RCPlus is a compact, single ingredient Loss-in-Weight controller for use in a variety of applications, including auger, belt, pump and vibratory based feeders. The key ingredient to the HI 2160RCPlus' ability to accurately control feed rate, is the use of WAVERSAVER® to ignore the effects of plant and process noise.
WAVERSAVER® deciphers the incoming load sensor signal and distinguishes noise from actual forces on the scale. As a result, the HI 2160RCPlus ignores severe plant vibration, mechanical motor noise, gear mesh vibration and agitator activity, while detecting minute forces applied to the scale. WAVERSAVER® allows the HI 2160RCPlus' control algorithm to quickly correct the actual changes in rate instead of reacting to process noise.
