Lutz-JESCO products can be used in a variety of dosing and disinfection processes, in particular, in the treatment of drinking water, process water and industrial waste water. In the same vein, liquid, solid and gaseous media with widely varying levels of aggressivity are also used in the dosing process. High volumes at low counter-pressure, but also low volumes at high counter-pressure are the requirements found in everyday practical conditions.

Lutz-JESCO Dosing Pumps

At a drip, or “flat out” with maximum flow rate, in tropical temperatures and where possible in really acid environments: Dosing pump requirements are as varied as the possible applications and uses.
Lutz-JESCO has therefore developed special solutions for each area of application. Our extensive range of products start from cost-effective, magnetically-operated diaphragm dosing pumps, through the "muscular" motor-driven diaphragm dosing pumps, up to the piston dosing pumps for high pressure requirements. These are used for dosing fluids with highly varied viscosities, most of which are chemically aggressive and toxic, and some of which are actually abrasive or emit gases.

Lutz-JESCO EASYPOOL SMART 02

Water is your element – very private. Apart from the filtering, the conditioning plays an important role when cleaning the bathing water in private swimming pools and whirlpools. The specific use of disinfectants in the water circulation guarantees a high and enjoyable water quality. The water measuring panel EASYPOOL SMART 02 is a reliable partner for the exact dosage of disinfectants – for your health.
Small but nice. The EASYPOOL SMART 02 features compact and high quality construction. All equipment necessary for the measuring and control are installed on and directly in the panel respectively. Integrated in the water measuring panel is the two-channel regulator TOPAX DX SMART, which is a very easy to operate control. This regulator is missing only few functions compared to the multiple-channel regulator TOPAX DX. As well possible is the use of a flow electrolytic cell for chlorine production apart from the disinfection with chlorine bleach solution or active oxygen. The EASYPOOL SMART 02 is available in two variations: chlorine/pH- or redox/pH-measuring. An extensive accessories program completes the range. |

Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps

Lutz-JESCO America's AIRTRANTM - Air Operated Diaphragm Transfer - pumps are a natural complement to the Lutz-JESCO range of pumps. Similarities to our existing range of pumps include their simplicity, versatility, and both ease of handling and maintenance.
Lutz-JESCO AIRTRANTM pumps are available in many different sizes and materials of construction to suit all of your application needs. Both clamp bands and bolted versions are available. The pump range comprises a 1/4" size, all the way to a 3" size.
Lutz-JESCO AIRTRANTM pump housings are available in Polypropylene, PVDF, Nylon, Conductive Nylon, Aluminum and Stainless Steel, the membranes, ball valves and o-rings are available in Teflon, FKM (Viton), Geolast (Buna-N) and Santoprene. Pump capacities go up to 255 gpm with maximum air pressures up to 120 psi.

Lutz-JESCO CENTRAN - Centrifugal Transfer Pump Series

The CENTRAN is a magnetic drive, centrifugal pump designed for all major industry sectors. The flow rates range from 4 gpm to 210 gpm. Its sealless design means greater environmental safety and no system downtimes. It also contains high performance, permanent magnets.
These centrifugal pumps with magnetic couplings are specially designed so that the mechanical parts of the pump are sealed off from the parts in contact with the medium. Leakages are therefore almost impossible.

Motor-Driven Diaphragm Dosing Pumps
|
Diaphragm dosing pumps are leak-free, and are therefore suitable for highly aggressive or toxic media. Depending on the gear type, the diaphragm allows pressures up to 16 bar.
Diaphragm dosing pumps are fitted with a separation chamber as standard. If a crack forms in the diaphragm due to wear, this prevents the medium from flooding the system components or the pump itself. The medium is controlled and flows through a downpipe to the collecting basin. The medium sides of the diaphragms are coated with PTFE. The dosing quantity can be doubled by using two dosing heads. The largest motor-driven diaphragm dosing pump (Type GMR) has a hydraulically coupled double-diaphragm system.

Lutz-JESCO TopView 3 Software
|
TopView Software is the solution for remote access. All TOPAX controllers from Lutz-JESCO are equipped with a network interface. Using the software, TopView, the customer is in the position to read out and visualize the current measurements and statuses of each TOPAX controller remote via an RS 485 Bus network at any time. Up to 15 controllers can be addressed at one time.
