LEWA intellidrive® features pre-wired plugs that reduce installation and wiring effort and simplify connection of the supply and signal lines to the controller. Naturally, field bus communication is offered with different topologies via Ethernet or Profibus, as is expandability of analog inputs and outputs.

The LEWA process diaphragm pumps for high pressure process engineering are the standard for tightness in the high pressure range. Here also LEWA has set the standards and consistently further develops the diaphragm pump technology. With LEWA process diaphragm pumps even critical, toxic or inflammable fluids can be conveyed safely. Also extremely low viscosity, non-lubricating fluids or abrasive suspensions are handled without any problems. The pressure range goes up to 1200 bar. They meet API 674 and API 675 standards.

LEWA solves metering and mixing applications from engineering to onsite commissioning with metering packages tailor-made for a specific application. All components are checked with regard to the special requirements of the pumps used and are precisely adapted to each other.
